When you first contact us about your project, we’ll schedule an initial site visit. During this meeting, our renovation specialist will listen to your ideas and discuss the changes you want to make.

We’ll also take detailed measurements and photos of the space to help us define the scope of work.

Quote

After the site visit, we’ll provide you with a detailed and accurate quote based on your needs and expectations. Our quotes are carefully prepared, often used by clients to secure project financing, and we strive to ensure they align with your budget.

Permits and Inspections

We are very familiar with the permit process and filling out building permit applications. Most municipalities use a third-party organization regarding the building permit applications which is difficult to navigate.

Leave it to us to fill out the building permit application for your specific project as we are very familiar with zoning/municipal bylaws and the Ontario building code. We also will arrange the various inspections as necessary to complete your project and obtain a clearance certificate.

Choosing Materials

We have relationships with a variety of vendors regarding material selections for your project. From flooring to cabinets to windows to wood trim, we will work closely with you to select materials that meet both your design vision and project needs.

Our team will guide you through the available options, ensuring that materials are high quality and fit within your budget.
